We spent 4 weeks trying to chase between the garage, warrantee provider and cinch with neither seeking to know what was going on. I'm not usually one for writing bad reviews but thought this warranted one. We had an engine warning light come on within 2 weeks which if they had sorted would have been fine but the customer service is by far the worst thing I have ever encountered. Lots of calls to customer service.Avoid! Buying the car was simple and the delivery really straight forward but it was clear early on that the car hadn't been checked. It feels like a workout to buy a online car. Very poor customer service and clunky service. Not great for me, unless I buy a car in a years time once they have grown as a company and its been sorted out. It feels like everything is a problem "we cant do that now, but we are working on sorting that out in time". I asked to end the call, as it was starting to sound like an argument from cinch. I then wanted to make a complaint, but I cant speak to a complaints department as cinch don't have one "you can speak to one of my peers- we are all complaint trained". However when pushed, spoke to the manager and a different story came back- however still cant do it. This is something they want to do, but cant yet do. Do I get the car or not? I want to give you 11k for a car!!! Wanted my private plate transferred - Cinch can't do this- any other car sales can do this- I checked with DVLA and they said its possible. I have been told a different version about it being reserved or not. So after searching, ordering ect, just because I want to pay the asking price I may lose the car. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you use our pre-paid shipping label, 5.99 will be deducted from your refund. Once the return is processed, the credit card used to make the original purchase will be automatically refunded. However, I am now told I may lose the car as it will be relisted, I will have to be quick. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt at our warehouse for your return to be processed.
